All Teams will play 2 games on Saturday June 3, 2023
Headquarters - Will be located at the Mill Hurst Community Hall (5611 - 19A Avenue).
Medals - Each player will receive a “MEDAL” for their outstanding participation!
Medal Presentations will be handed out immediately after your last game, close to HQ location. Watch for the medal tent that will be set up on Saturday Afternoon
Concession - There will be a variety of refreshments and food available for purchase. The concession will run approximately from 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Bounceroo - The Bouncy Castles will be on site from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Wristbands are $5.00. They will be sold at the Headquarters Tent.
Parking - Please park in designated areas only; the city is aware of our tournament and will be watching undesignated areas. DO NOT park in the strip mall parking lot across from Mill Hurst Hall and Husky. MWSA assumes NO responsibility for any tickets incurred while at the tournament. Please stress this among your parents.
Weather – MW Mini Fest will be weather dependent. Let’s hope for Blue skies, Sunshine and Air Quality Index. Please remember your mosquito spray, sunscreen and lawn chairs.
